 Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchased item if you have any problem with. We will do our best to resolve the problem, as we want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of jewelry accessories all sales are final . If a special exception is made, a 15% restocking fee will apply and the item must be returned unworn in brand new condition in 5 days of receiving and buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs . ( So, the refund will be your paid amount minus %15 restocking fee and the shipping cost .)
